TCL1 [TCL1/2079]
Description T-cell leukemia/lymphoma protein 1A (TCL1) is a member of the TCL1 family and enhances the phosphorylation and activation of AKT1, AKT2 and AKT3. TCL1 promotes the nuclear translocation of AKT1 and enhances cell proliferation, stabilizes mitochondrial membrane potential and promotes cell survival. The expression of TCL1 is restricted to lymphoid cells. It is expressed early in lymphocyte differentiation. Strong expression of TCL1 is found in a subset of mantle zone B lymphocytes and is expressed to a lesser extent by follicle center cells. In B cell neoplasia, TCL1 immunoreactivity is found in the majority of B cell lymphomas including lymphoblastic lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, mantle cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, Burkitt lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (60%), and primary cutaneous B cell lymphoma (55%). The expression of the TCL1 gene characterizes low-grade B cell lymphomas. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human -
TDP43/TAR DNA binding protein-43 [3H8]
Description TDP43 or TAR DNA-binding protein 43 belongs to the hnRNP protein family and plays an important role in transcription, pre-mRNA splicing, mRNA stability and mRNA transport. It is involved in splicing of the apolipoprotein A-II and cystic fibrosis transmembrane gene. It is also is involved in transcriptional regulation and exon splicing. While normal TDP43 is a nuclear protein, pathological TDP43 is a component of insoluble aggregates in patients with frontotemporal lobar degeneration (FTLD) and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).This protein is highly expressed in the pancreas, placenta, lung, genital tract and spleen. Mutations in TDP43 have been associated with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, frontotemporal dementia, Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease. TdT [MD154R]
Description Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) is a unique DNA polymerase that changes the addition of deoxynucleoside 5’-triphosphate to the 3’-end of a DNA initiator without template direction. TdT contributes to the generation of junctional diversity in antigen receptors of immature lymphocytes. TdT is expressed in lymphoid precursors of B- and T-cell lineage in thymus and bone marrow. Foci of TdT positive cells may be observed in peripheral lymphoid tissues. TdT is also present in malignant tumors of lymphoblastic lineage and thymoma. It is a sensitive and specific marker for lymphoblastic lymphoma/leukemia. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Rabbit Application Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Reactivity Human -

Tyrosinase [T311 + OCA1/812]
Description Tyrosinase is a key enzyme involved in the initial stages of melanin biosynthesis. Tyrosinase catalyzes the hydroxylation of tyrosine to 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine (DOPA). Oxidation reactions of DOPA to L-Dopaquinone and 5,6-dihydroxyindole (DHI) to indole-quinone occur spontaneously at physiological pH. Tyrosinase is expressed in melanin-producing cells such as melanocytes, which are primarily localized in the skin, hair bulbs and eyes. Low levels of tyrosinase mRNA was also detected in the human substantia nigra, but immunohistochemically unreactive. Since melanomas arise from melanocytes, there is evidence that tyrosinase is expressed in malignant melanomas. Studies have shown that tyrosinase is a sensitive and reliable marker to assess melanocytic lesions in paraffin-embedded tissue (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application Flow cytometry (FC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Reactivity Human -
Tyrosinase-Related Protein-1 (TYRP-1) [SPM611]
Description It reacts with a 75kDa melanocyte-specific gene product, identified as Tyrosinase-related protein-1 (TYRP-1). It is involved in melanin synthesis. TYRP1 is present on the melanosomal membranes of melanoma, normal melanocytes and nevi.ĀRecent evidence suggests that TYRP-1 is involved in maintaining stability of tyrosinase protein and modulating its catalytic activity. TYRP-1 is also involved in maintenance of melanosome ultrastructure and affects melanocyte proliferation and cell death. uPAR/CD87 [10G7]
Description Urokinase plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR), also designated CD87, is a glycoprotein I-anchored surface receptor specific for urokinase plasminogen activator (uPA). Upon binding to uPAR, uPA converts the surface bound, large serum β-globulin, plasminogen to plasmin. Plasmin, which is also designated fibrinolysin, is a trypsin-like enzyme that acts on Arg-Lys bonds and induces pericellular proteolysis in Fibrin and Fibrinogen, and thereby contributes to the systematic activation of the coagulation cascade. This pathway is observed during re-epithelialization of lesions, wound healing and tissue remodeling. uPA and uPAR are known to be overexpressed in mesenchymal and epithelial origin tumor cells and are required for tumor invasion and metastasis. Ras, MEK, ERK and MLCK function as downstream effectors in the uPAR-dependent signaling cascade, which is initiated by uPA binding, and promotes cellular migration in an integrin selective manner. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application ELISA, Immunocytochemistry (ICC),Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Indirect Flow cytometry (FC), IP, Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human -
