C4d [C4D204]
Description Complement component 4, or C4, plays a central role in the complement system. C4d is the final proteolytic remnant of deposited C4b on endothelium and remains covalently attached to endothelium for little more than a week. It is easily detectable by Immunohistochemistry. This antibody combined with anti-C3d can be utilized as a tool for diagnosis of AR (Acute Rejection) and warrant prompt and aggressive anti-rejection treatment. C4d can be detected in peritubular capillaries in both chronic renal allograft rejection as well as hyperacute rejection, acute vascular rejection, acute cellular rejection, and borderline rejection. It has been shown to be a significant predictor of transplant kidney graft survival and is an aid in treating acute rejection. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application Immunocytochemistry (ICC),Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Reactivity Human -

C5b9/TCC/MAC [aE11]
Description The complement component proteins: C2, C3, C4 and C5 are potent anaphylatoxins that are released during complement activation. Binding of these proteins to their respective G protein-coupled receptors, C3aR, C1R and C5aR, induces proinflammatory events, such as cellular degranulation, smooth muscle contraction, arachidonic acid metabolism, cytokine release, leukocyte activation and cellular chemotaxis. Activation of the complement system leads to the formation of C5b-9 terminal complex, and while C5b-9 can promote cell lysis, the sublytic assembly of C5b-9 on plasma membranes causes an opposite result and induces cell cycle activation and survival. C5b-9 can rescue oligodendrocytes from FAS-mediated apoptosis by regulating caspase-8 processing via PI 3-K signaling. C5b-9 may play a pro-inflammatory role in the acute phase of multiple sclerosis, but may also be neuroprotective during the chronic phase of the disease. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application ELISA, Flow cytometry (FC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC),Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC)-F Reactivity Human, Horse,Pig (Porcine), Monkey, Baboon -
CA19.9 (Sialyl Lewis A) [121SLE]
Description Mucin glycoprotein is a sialyl Lewis a structure which is synthesized from type 1 blood group precursor chains and is present in individuals expressing the Lewis a and/or Lewis b blood group antigens. In normal tissues, sialyl Lewis a antigen is present in ductal epithel ium of the breast, kidney, salivary gland, and sweat glands. Its expression is greatly enhanced in serum as well as in the majority of tumor cells in gastrointestinal (GI) carcinomas, including adenocarcinomas of the stomach, intestine, and pancreas. Preoperative elevated CA19-9 levels in patients with stage I pancreatic carcinoma decrease to normal values following surgery. When used serially, CA19-9 can predict recurrence of disease prior to radiographic or clinical findings. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application Flow cytometry (FC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC),Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Reactivity Human -

Cadherin-E/CD324 [CDH1/1525]
Description E-Cadherin is a transmembrane glycoprotein, plays an important role in epithelial cell adhesion. A decreased expression of E-Cadherin is associated with metastatic potential and poor prognosis in breast cancer and esophagus cancer. In combination with p120 Catenin or Cytokeratin, it is useful for the differentiation between ductal (E-Cadherin positive) and lobular (E-Cadherin negative) breast carcinomas. It may also help in diagnosis of mesothelioma. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application Flow cytometry (FC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC),Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human -
