CD22 [BLCAM/1795]
Description CD22 is a type 1 integral membrane glycoprotein with molecular weight of 130 to 140kD. It is expressed in both the cytoplasm and cell membrane of B lymphocytes. CD22 antigen appears early in B cell lymphocyte differentiation at approximately the same stage as the CD19 antigen. Unlike other B cell markers, CD22 membrane expression is limited to the late differentiation stages comprised between mature B cells (CD22+) and plasma cells (CD22-). CD22 is also strongly expressed in hairy cell leukemia. There are two different isoforms of CD22. It exists predominantly as a monomer of the beta isoform but can also be found as a heterodimer composed of the beta isoform and a second, shorter isoform (CD22 alpha). (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application ELISA, Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Reactivity Human -

CD269/BCMA [BCMA/2366]
Description The B cell maturation protein (BCMA) is a type I integral membrane protein that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNF-R) superfamily. It is expressed as a 184 amino acid peptide that is expressed only in mature B-lymphocytes and is located on the cis part of the Golgi apparatus. BCMA shares significant homology with TACI (transmembrane activator) within the cysteine-rich domain. TACI has been shown to bind CAML, which induces activation of NFAT (nuclear factor of activated T cells). Both BCMA and TACI have been shown to bind APRIL and TALL-1, which stimulate B cell proliferation in conjunction with other B-cell activators. When overexpressed, TALL-1 stimulates the development of systemic lupus erythaematosus (SLE). (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Reactivity Human -

CD3e [C3e/1931]
Description Recognizes the epsilon-chain of CD3, which consists of five different polypeptide chains (designated as gamma, delta, epsilon, zeta, and eta) with MW ranging from 16-28kDa. The CD3 complex is closely associated at the lymphocyte cell surface with the T cell antigen receptor (TCR). Reportedly, CD3 complex is involved in signal transduction to the T cell interior following antigen recognition. The CD3 antigen is first detectable in early thymocytes and probably represents one of the earliest signs of commitment to the T cell lineage. In cortical thymocytes, CD3 is predominantly intra-cytoplasmic. However, in medullary thymocytes, it appears on the T cell surface. CD3 antigen is a highly specific marker for T cells, and is present in majority of T cell neoplasms. CD42a [A9]
Description The CD42a antibody recognizes a 17 to 22-kilodalton (kDa) single-chain, platelet membrane glycoprotein, also known as gpIX that forms a noncovalent complex with gpIb and gpV. Glycoprotein Ib consists of an α–chain disulfide-linked to a β chain. Glycoproteins Ibα (140 to 145 kDa), Ibβ (24 to 25 kDa), and V (82 to 86 kDa) have been designated as CD42b, CD42c and CD42d respectively. CD42a has been reported to react with both gpIX and the gpIb-IX-V complex. CD42b [42C01]
Description The CD42b glycoprotein, also known as GPIb, is a co-factor of ristocetin-induced aggregation and is involved in the binding of platelets to blood vessel walls. The CD42b antigen is expressed on platelets and on megakaryocytes in bone marrow. The absence of CD42b antigen on platelets may indicate Bernard-Soulier disease. CD42b is a platelet activation marker involved in the process of coagulation as an aggregating factor. It interacts with extracellular matrix as well as with adhesion molecules. Its expression and activation seems to be regulated by VEGF and PDGF. TdT [TDT/1393]
Description Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) is a unique DNA polymerase that changes the addition of deoxynucleoside 5’-triphosphate to the 3’-end of a DNA initiator without template direction. TdT contributes to the generation of junctional diversity in antigen receptors of immature lymphocytes. TdT is expressed in lymphoid precursors of B- and T-cell lineage in thymus and bone marrow. Foci of TdT positive cells may be observed in peripheral lymphoid tissues. TdT is also present in malignant tumors of lymphoblastic lineage and thymoma. It is a sensitive and specific marker for lymphoblastic lymphoma/leukemia. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Reactivity Human
