Cytokeratin [C11]
Description Monoclonal Anti-Pan Cytokeratin (clone C-11) recognizes human cytokeratins 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 13 and 18. The antibody reacts with simple, cornifying and non-cornifying squamous epithelia and pseudostratified epithelia. It does not react with non-epithelial normal human tissues. This antibody can be applied to methanol or acetone-fixed, frozen sections, and to formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tissues. Increased staining intensity is seen following proteolytic treatment of formalin fixed tissue. Similarly, methacarn-fixed material is also suitable for cytokeratin demonstration. Monoclonal Anti-Pan cytokeratin exhibits a wide interspecies cross-reactivity (e.g., human, bovine, rat, frog). Monoclonal anti-cytokeratins are specific markers of epithelial cell differentiation and have been widely used as tools in tumor identification and classification. Mouse monoclonal clone C-11 anti-cytokeratin, pan antibody is a broad spectrum antibody which recognizes an epitope present in most human Host Mouse Application Flow cytometry (FC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human, Bovine, Rat, Mouse, Guinea Pig, Frog, Goat, Marmoset,Pig (Porcine) -
Cytokeratin 14 [LL002]
Description Cytokeratin 14 (CK14) is a 50-kDa keratin expressed in abundance in stratified epithelial cells, epidermal cells, basal cells, mesothelial cells, and myoepithelial cells in various tissues including breast and prostate. CK14 is helpful in the identification of breast cancer with basal phenotype. It has been reported that cytokeratin 5/14-positive breast cancers are true basal phenotype confined to BRCA1 tumors. Along with p63 and CK5, CK14 has been a useful marker for cells with basal, squamous and myoepithelial differentiation. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application Flow cytometry (FC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Reactivity Human, Mouse, Rat -

Cytokeratin 5/6 [D5/16B4]
Description Twenty human keratins are divided into acidic (pI <5.7) and basic (pI >6.0) subfamilies. Members of the acidic and basic subfamilies are found together in pairs. The composition of keratin pairs varies with theepithelial cell type, stage of differentiation, cellular growth environment, and disease state. Many studies have shown the usefulness of keratins as markers in cancer research and tumor identification. Cytokeratin 5/8 [C-50]
Description It reacts with keratin 5 (58kDa) and keratin 8 (52.5kDa). Simple epithelia express cytokeratin 8 in combination with 18. On the other hand, basal cells of stratified epithelia express cytokeratin 5 paired with 14. This antibody therefore, reacts with a wide range of epithelia and their carcinomas. Cytokeratin Cocktail [AE1&AE3]
Description The antibody cocktail labels simple epithelia and their tumors including cytokeratins expressed in complex stratified squamous epithelia. Positive results aid in the classification of normal and a wide range of neoplastic tissues as epithelial in origin. This antibody serves as first tier antibody for differentiation of undifferentiated neoplasm. Pan Cytokeratin clone AE1/AE3 antibody may be used with a panel of antibodies for differential diagnosis, e.g. Breast vs. lung or liver: CK7, AE1/AE3, CEA, GCDFP-15, TTF-1; Renal vs. lung or liver: AE1/AE3, CEA, TTF-1, Renal Cell Ag; Seminoma vs. lung or liver: CAM5.2, AE1/AE3, PLAP, EMA, CD30; Embryonal germ cell vs. lung or liver: AE1/AE3, TTF-1, CK7, PLAP, CD30. DAZL/SPGYLA/TPX2 Polyclonal
Description DAZL (Deleted in azoospermia-like 1; SPGY-like-autosomal) is an RNA-binding protein that interacts with mRNA transcripts by its N-terminal RNA recognition motifs. It is the product of the Y-linked DAZ gene, and is found exclusively in the testes. DAZL regulates gene expression during spermatogenesis and may shuttle between the nucleus and cytoplasm during various stages of this process. It interacts with other proteins of the DAZ family via its DAZ-like domain, including DAZ, BOLL, DAZAP1, DAZAP2, and PUM2. Disruption of DAZL expression may play a role in male infertility. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Rabbit Application Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human, Rat, Mouse, Bovine
