CD45RO (T Cell) [UCHL-1]
Description This antibody mainly recognizes the 180 kD (O isoform–CD45RO) variant of CD45, Leucocyte Common Antigen (LCA). It labels most T lymphocytes, macrophages and Langerhan’s cells of normal tissue. It is a useful tool for identifying T-cell lymphomas, and for the differentiation of low grade B-cell from T-cell lymphomas. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application Flow cytometry (FC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human, Chimpanzee, Marmoset -

Heat Shock Protein (HSP27) [G3.1]
Description HSP 27 also known as 24K estrogen-regulated protein or HSP 28 is a small heat shock protein that has been shown to correlate with the expression of estrogen-receptor. Immunohistochemical studies of HSP 27 has shown that it is localized mainly in the female reproductive tract and in ER and PR positive breast tumor cell lines. Increased levels of HSP 27 have been shown to correlate with the presence of ER and PR in human breast tumor biopsy samples. (Shipping Cost: €200.00) Host Mouse Application Flow cytometry (FC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Human, Chimpanzee, Monkey, Sheep, Rat, Mouse, Chicken -

Monoclonal antibody to human IFN-gamma (clone MD-1)
Description The monoclonal antibody to human IFN-γ (clone MD-1) was first described in 1985. It has shown to neutralize the antiviral activity of both natural and recombinant human IFN-γ and in a Western Blot the antibody reacts with the 20 kDa and 25 kDa polypeptides present in natural human IFN-γ. The MD-1 antibody has been descripted as useful in a sandwich ELISA and in ELISPOT assays. Further, the antibody has proven to cross react with chimpanzee and rhesus macaque IFN-γ and can be used for immunohistochemical staining of frozen tissues. The MD-1 antibody has been reported for use in intracellular flow cytometric analysis and in Luminex systems. Other available formats: biotin labeled (cat. no. CT218) and FITC labeled (cat. no. CT220). (Shipping cost: €30.00; Handling cost €30.00 - €50.00) Host Mouse Application ELISA,Enzyme-linked immunosorbent spot (ELISPOT),Flow cytometry (FC),Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections (IHC-Fs),Neutralization (Neut),Western Blot (WB) Reactivity Chimpanzee,Rhesus Macaque
