HSP 27 also known as 24K estrogen-regulated protein or HSP 28 is a small heat shock protein that has been shown to correlate with the expression of estrogen-receptor. Immunohistochemical studies of HSP 27 has shown that it is localized mainly in the female reproductive tract and in ER and PR positive breast tumor cell lines. Increased levels of HSP 27 have been shown to correlate with the presence of ER and PR in human breast tumor biopsy samples. (Shipping Cost: €200.00)
