This antibody mainly recognizes the 180 kD (O isoform–CD45RO) variant of CD45, Leucocyte Common Antigen (LCA). It labels most T lymphocytes, macrophages and Langerhan’s cells of normal tissue. It is a useful tool for identifying T-cell lymphomas, and for the differentiation of low grade B-cell from T-cell lymphomas. (Shipping Cost: €200.00)

The monoclonal antibody to human IFN-γ (clone MD-2) was first described in 1985. It has shown to binds with high affinity to both natural and recombinant human IFN-γ but does not neutralize the antiviral bioactivity of IFN-γ in vitro. In a Western Blot the antibody reacts with the 20 kDa and 25 kDa polypeptides present in natural human IFN-γ. The MD-2 antibody has been descripted as useful in a sandwich ELISA. Further, the antibody has proven to cross react with rhesus macaque, cynomolgus monkey and marmoset IFN-γ and can be used for immunohistochemical staining of frozen tissues.
