Streptavidin poly-HRP, 1ml
Monoclonal/ Polyclonal: | Polyclonal |
Application: | ELISA |
Application notes: | Detection of biotinylated reagents in ELISA, ELISPOT and immunostaining techniques. 1. Store the stock solution below –18°C. 2. Before use: dilute the required quantity of the poly-HRP with dilution buffer and immediately restore the stock solution below –18°C. 3. A concentration of 1% casein in the dilution buffer is recommended to exclude an increased background. 4. For optimal results with ELISA techniques HPE buffer (M1940) is recommended. |
