Medaysis Ultra-Sensitive AKT3 Mutation Detection Kit is a highly specific and sensitive PCR technique that is able to detect common somatic mutations in the AKT3 gene. Used with Sanger sequencing, it can detect less than 1% (as little as 20 ng to 100 ng of) mutant genes mixed with the wild-type.
