WT1 is a suppressor gene located on chromosome 11p13. Wilms’ Tumor protein (WT1) has been identified in proliferative mesothelial cells, malignant mesothelioma, ovarian carcinoma, gonadoblastoma, nephroblastoma, and desmoplastic small round cell tumor.
