Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) is a DNA polymerase accessory factor that is required for DNA replication during S phase of the cell cycle and for resynthesis during nucleotide excision repair of damaged DNA. The PCNA antibody detects proliferating cells in both normal and tumor cells. Anti-PCNA labeling index has been shown to be associated with tumor prognosis. (Shipping Cost: €200.00)
