The T cell ELISPOT assay is a highly sensitive technique to monitor ex vivo cellular immune responses at single cell level. This 5-plate format kit is supplied with reagents, such as coating and detection antibodies, conjugate, substrate (enzymatic staining) and buffers, to perform 480 ELISPOT determinations. A detailed manual is enclosed. 96-well PVDF membrane-bottomed plates (Millipore cat no. MSIP S4510) are not included. U-CyTech offers also 2-plate format ELISPOT kits (96-well plates included) and matched antibody pairs for ELISPOT analysis (10-plate and 20-plate format). Monkey IL-17F T cell ELISPOT kit
The ELISPOT assay is a highly sensitive technique to monitor ex vivo cellular immune responses at single cell level. This U-CyTech ELISPOT assay accurately detects monkey IL-17F producing T cells in response to antigen stimulation in vitro. The 5-plate format kit is supplied with reagents, such as coating and detector antibodies, conjugate, substrate (enzymatic staining) and buffers, to perform 480 ELISPOT determinations. A detailed manual is enclosed. 96-well PVDF membrane-bottomed plates (Millipore cat no. MSIP S4510) are not included.
