The T cell ELISPOT assay is a highly sensitive technique to monitor ex vivo cellular immune responses at single cell level. This 2-plate format kit is supplied with all necessary reagents, such as coating and detection antibodies, conjugate, substrate (enzymatic staining), buffers and 96-well PVDF-membrane bottomed plates, to perform 192 ELISPOT determinations. Marmoset TNF-alpha T cell ELISPOT kit
The ELISPOT assay is a highly sensitive technique to monitor ex vivo cellular immune responses at single cell level. This U-CyTech ELISPOT assay accurately detects marmoset TNF-α producing T cells in response to antigen stimulation in vitro. The 2-plate format kit is supplied with all necessary reagents, such as coating and detector antibodies, conjugate, substrate (enzymatic staining), buffers and 96-well PVDF-membrane bottomed plates, to perform 192 ELISPOT determinations.
