The B cell ELISPOT assay is a highly sensitive technique to monitor ex vivo humoral immune responses at single cell level. Mouse IgG2a B cell ELISPOT kit
The ELISPOT assay is a highly sensitive technique to monitor ex vivo humoral immune responses at single cell level. This U-CyTech ELISPOT assay accurately detects mouse IgG2b producing B cells in response to antigen stimulation in vitro. The 5-plate format kit is supplied with reagents, such as coating and detector antibodies, conjugate, substrate (enzymatic staining) and buffers, to perform 480 ELISPOT determinations. A detailed manual is enclosed. 96-well PVDF membrane-bottomed plates (Millipore cat no. MSIP S4510) are not included.
