The B cell ELISPOT assay is a highly sensitive technique to monitor ex vivo humoral immune responses at single cell level. Monkey IgG B cell ELISPOT kit
The ELISPOT assay is a highly sensitive technique to monitor ex vivo humoral immune responses at single cell level. This U-CyTech ELISPOT assay accurately detects monkey IgG producing B cells in response to antigen stimulation in vitro. The 5-plate format kit is supplied with reagents, such as coating and detector antibodies, conjugate, substrate (enzymatic staining) and buffers, to perform 480 ELISPOT determinations.
