The neutralizing monoclonal antibody to monkey IFN-γ (clone MD-1) was first described in 1985. The MD-1 antibody can be used in a sandwich ELISA and in ELISPOT assays. Further, the antibody has been descripted in immunohistochemical staining of frozen tissues of marmosets and in intracellular flow cytometric analysis. The MD-1 antibody has been reported to cross react with rhesus macaque, pig-tailed macaque, cynomogus monkey, baboon and African green monkey IFN-γ and can be used in Luminex systems. (Shipping cost: €30.00; Handling cost €30.00 - €50.00)
